The agreement.

CardCard makes Wallet-ready business cards. These terms describe what we provide, what it costs, what we ask of you, and what happens if either side wants to stop. Plain English; legal effect.

A free business card pinned to a public page and an Apple Wallet pass. Pro adds title and company on the front, up to ten detail fields, a vanity path on cardcard.me, and removes the made with cardcard.me footer. We host the page and keep the pass valid as long as your card is active.

Free is free, forever. Pro is €10 per year, VAT included. Stripe processes the payment. The Pro period starts the moment Stripe confirms; it renews each year until you cancel through the Customer Portal or by writing to us.

If a card violates the terms above, we can take it down — sometimes immediately, sometimes after a warning. If you disagree, write to us. We will explain.

You can cancel any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from your dashboard). Pro stays on until the end of the year you have paid for; after that the powered-by footer returns and Pro detail fields stop appearing on the public page. We don't offer refunds for partial years, but we don't charge you again either.

Email hello@cardcard.me. We delete your account, every card on it, and the Wallet pass cache. The deletion is permanent.

We try hard, but the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost business, missed introductions, Wallet outages outside our control). For anything we are liable for, our total responsibility in any twelve-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period — which for free users is zero, and for Pro users is at most €10.

If we change them in a way that materially affects you, we will email you and post the new version here. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; you can also close the account.

Finnish law. Disputes go before the Helsinki District Court, unless EU consumer-protection rules give you a closer forum (in which case those win).

hello@cardcard.me for everything: support, complaints, privacy requests, terms questions.
